Hi, I’m Nerissa — an RTT® Confidence Coach.

I work with growth-minded professionals and individuals who feel mentally cluttered, emotionally overwhelmed and ready for change. Many are ambitious and capable, yet held back by self-doubt, fears, burnout, or a sense that they’re not fully living up to their true potential. They want clarity, confidence, purpose, and fulfilment—and to step into their best, most empowered selves.

As a RTT® Confidence Coach, I help you release what no longer serves you, uncover the subconscious patterns holding you back, and rewire limiting beliefs so you can operate with calm, clarity, and unshakeable confidence. Using a unique blend of Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Hypnotherapy, Neuroscience Techniques, NLP, Coaching, Energy Healing, and Past Life Regression, we rebuild self-trust, resilience, and the mindset of your highest potential.

My approach bridges science and soul, grounded by a lifelong belief in the power of the mind, body, and spirit connection. From beginning my journey with energy healing at 18, to spending 20+ years in the corporate world - I understand the pressures, stresses, burnout, and inner self-doubt that high performers often carry. A life-changing RTT® experience transformed my path and now I’m honoured to help others access the same profound change.

My Story

I know how it feels to believe you’re not enough—unlovable, out of place, or like you don’t belong. For years, those beliefs shaped how I saw myself.

I grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. After my parents divorced when I was very young, I carried the emotional scars that followed me into adulthood.

On the outside, I became a high achiever. On the inside, I struggled with self-doubt, perfectionism, and a fear of rejection. I looked like I had it all together, but on the inside things felt differently.

Everything began to change when I experienced Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) for myself. I know first-hand how powerful and life-changing it can be because its creator, award-winning and globally renowned Marisa Peer, worked with me personally. As I started to release the subconscious patterns driving my old beliefs, I discovered a renewed sense of confidence, clarity, self-love, and a deep sense of freedom.

Now, I’m blessed to help others have the same experience - letting go of the old, reclaiming their power, reconnecting with who they truly are and helping them achieve what they’ve always dreamed of.

I offer in person sessions in Reading, Berkshire and also online sessions for those based around the globe.
