We explore the issue that matters most to you and define your desired outcome.

2. RTT® Hypnotherapy Session (90–120 mins)

We access the subconscious to release limiting beliefs and blocks and begin to reprogram empowering ones.

3. Personalised Transformational Audio (21 Days)

You receive a custom audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days and reinforce your new mindset.

4. Ongoing Support

We will stay in touch with weekly WhatsApp check-ins and follow-up support to embed lasting change.

Public Speaking Fear Conquered

I went to Nerissa for an RTT session because I had a paralysing fear of public speaking that was affecting my career. Sometimes just the idea of saying my name in front of a small group of new people would make me start panicking.
